We want you to love your Sakinah piece. If you’ve changed your mind, here’s how returns work.

Change of mind returns

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

• We currently offer refunds only — we’re not able to offer exchanges at this time.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

• If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at [email] within 14 days with your order number and photos of the issue.

• In this case, return postage is on us, and we’ll offer a full refund.
