The Cubist Kimono
Colour, cut into pieces and rearranged. The Cubist takes its cue from angular, geometric abstraction — panels of camel, slate, and black meeting at sharp lines, like fragments of a painting reassembled into fabric.
Wear it open over black basics for a gallery-opening kind of ease, or belt it at the waist for a sharper daytime silhouette. A piece that reads as art before it reads as clothing.
She doesn’t follow the lines. She draws her own.
