Different fabrics need different care. The instructions on your garment’s label should always come first.
Start with the label
Some pieces are polyester; others are described as fibre blends. A satin finish or a silk-like feel does not establish the fibre composition. Check the “Details & fabric” and “Care” sections on each product page.
Pieces listed as hand-wash cold
Plume, Flame, Impasto, Muse, Streak, Untamed, Roam and Feline have published cold hand-wash guidance. Follow the label for drying and ironing, which differs by product.
Pieces with gentle machine-wash guidance
Prowl and Equinox are listed for gentle hand washing or a cool machine wash. Brushstroke allows hand washing or a gentle cycle. Check the garment label for the precise temperature, drying method and any exceptions.
Reversible pieces and silk blends
A reversible construction does not establish a cleaning method. Several reversible styles and silk-blend descriptions have incomplete care information. Check the label or contact the shop before washing or ironing.
Leather belts
Tether has published guidance to wipe with a damp cloth and use a suitable leather conditioner. Embrace has wipe-clean guidance. For other belts, ask for product-specific instructions rather than applying a garment wash method.
When the guidance is missing
Do not infer care from the appearance of the fabric. Send the product name or a photo of its care label to the shop for clarification.
